OTP Message Format:
9 Mobile seems to block OTP messages in certain formats. Avoid using YOUR or NUMBER in SMS content. To prevent this block, we recommend you use either of these formats:
a) Greenspek OTP: 12345. Expires in 10 minutes OR
b) Please use Greenspek OTP: 12345. Expires in 15 minutes.
c) Greenspek O.T.P: 12345. It expires in 15 minutes.
You may try other formats but kindly test delivery on all networks (especially 9 Mobile) before going live.

Phone Number Format:
Finally, when adding phone numbers to the body of your message, kindly use this format 081-6961-5492. DO NOT type numbers like this 08169615492 or it may be blocked by the networks.
